Lori Greiner

Lori Greiner was born Lori Husman. She is an American TV personality and a businesswoman that is the Shark in the ABC reality show Shark Tank. When she was in college, she became interested in creating and selling customized jewelry. The idea of an organizer made of plastic popped into her, she displayed it to ladies on the streets, to gauge the reaction. In the end, she was able to patent her product and started selling it on several platforms both offline and online in addition to adding new products. She has so far created and sold over 1000 successful products and holds 120 US and International patents. She is a sharp observer, and a keen sense of business and has the ability to determine instantly the difference between a certain product become a hit or a failure. It is the reason she has 90% of success of her ventures. She is a strong believer that "if you're lucky enough to make it is your duty to make a difference". In the end, she gives to numerous charitable organizations each year.
