Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy (born April 16th, 1996) was born in Miami Florida. Half English and half Spanish she is the daughter of Dennis Alan Taylor a former banker, and Jennifer Marina Joy a psychologist. Her father, an Argentinean of Scottish as well as English descent is her mother. Her mother's heritage is Spanish and English. Taylor-Joy has four siblings from her father's previous marriage. They lived at Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy aged 6 and then moved to Victoria district in London. Taylor Joy claims that her move to England was very traumatic. Taylor Joy was unable to master English and was hoping to return to Argentina. Hill House, a school in the same district as Northlands was obligated to accept her. Then, she was enrolled at Queen's Gate School to study ballet and act in school productions. When she was 16 she left the college and began pursuing a career as an actress full-time. Taylor-Joy's dream to become an acting star began in the early years of her life. Sarah Doukas of Storm Management was the first one who hired her as a professional model.
